Academic training in Spanish universities for the didactic use of cinema in pre-school and primary education

One of the characteristic features current society is relevance technology and audiovisual media. This fact has generated demands in educational field to adapt objectives methodologies non-textual languages. Among predominant media cinema, which many potentialities as a didactic resource. Therefore, aim this study was find out training that students Teacher's Degree Spanish universities receive for use cinema through nationwide research with survey design 4659 students, belonging all Autonomous Communities 58 universities, participated. The questionnaire called Perceptions about resource pre-school primary classrooms (PECID) designed ad hoc. questionnaire, consists 45 items, section deals received cinema. offering Teacher were identified contacted dissemination questionnaire. results obtained showed 88.4% had not training. Furthermore, 250 subjects film content taught, mostly second third year area Didactics School Organization. It also found most frequent activities carried are viewing films individual answers questions forum. pioneering Spain aims provide information basis further academic high value.
